It is important to have a Proper Nutrition to have a good health. What are the reasons why we want a good health? Just because, we want to reach our goals in life, to live long, to work efficiently, to win friends etc.
Nutrition is considered the most important factors affecting one's health, growth and development. We can achieve proper nutrition through eating our balanced diet w/c refers to the right kind and amount of foods, avoid eating more junk foods,drinking acidic/ alcoholic beverages. Proper exercise is also one to achieve our proper nutrition and etc. Nutrition and health are not totally the same, but, w/o good nutrition, health cannot be at its best.
Proper nutrition is what we need, realized its worth to achieve our "HAPPINESS"!! And lets all avoid lifestyle diseases.
